Girly themed birthday cupcakes
An order from my dear friend for her lovely daughter's birthday celebration.
The birthday girl likes the idea of having girly pink and purple color scheme, and also requests for toppers represent things she likes.
I baked vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, topped them with pink and purple buttercream.
The minicake for cutting purpose was decorated with a crown, specially made for the birthday princess :)

Wedding Cupcakes for Kar Yin & CK
I am so happy and honored to make wedding cupcakes for my dear friend, Kar Yin.
She likes to keep things simple, and same goes to her wedding cupcakes.
After viewing some samples that I've made for her, the final decision is mini cuppies with ribbon roses topper. Whereas the minicake for cutting purpose, will be decorated with a huge red bow and some lovely butterflies :)
And tadaaa!!! Here's the pretty wedding cupcakes!

Baked some peanut butter cupcakes for my niece & nephew :)
I thought it would be great if they can learn something while enjoying the cuppies. So I made 8 cuppies for them, with some cute little duckies and some alphabet dices.
They loved the cuppies and learnt to spell "DUCK"!

Teddies for Dear Friends
These cupcakes are meant for friends' gathering. Since I had some fresh bananas, thus I decided to make a batch of chocolate banana cupcakes. They were so yummilicious!
I made 3 cute teddies as toppers, to represent friendship. I love these purple teddies so much and really enjoyed making them!

Rich & Gooey Chocolate Cuppies
If you are a chocolate lover, you're gonna LOVE this :)
This is perhaps the best batch of chocolate cuppies I've ever baked! The gooey cupcake taste almost like brownie, and the combination with ganache frosting is absolutely decadent!
The birthday boy is a real choc-o-holic, thus his friend requested dark & rich chocolate cuppies specially for him. Then I recalled this great recipe of flourless cupcakes where plenty of dark chocolate is used.

Simply Delicious Blueberry Cupcakes
Sometimes I have a hard time deciding what kinda cupcakes to make. There are just too many options out there. There are times where I would just grab things I could find in the kitchen and make cupcakes out of it.
And so happened that I had some blueberries on hand. Here you go the blueberry cupcakes :)
They were simply delicious! I've added some dessicated coconut besides the blueberries, and it turned out great. I will definitely make it again!
